2. Files and conversions
The tools currently offered by ZivelaConv process conversions locally in your browser. Files you select are not uploaded to or stored on ZivelaConv servers. If a future tool requires server-side processing, we will provide clear notice before upload and update this policy.
3. Data we may process
- IP address, date and time, pages visited, referring URL, browser, device and security logs;
- Usage data, cookies, identifiers and advertising interactions through Google Analytics and Google AdSense, managed with Google Site Kit;
- Your name, email address and message when you contact us.
4. Purposes and legal bases
We use this data to provide and secure the site, respond to requests, measure performance, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and fund the free service through advertising. Applicable legal bases may include service delivery, legal obligations, legitimate interests and consent. Where required by law, non-essential cookies and personalized advertising rely on consent.
5. Cookies and advertising
Google and, depending on our AdSense settings, other advertising vendors and networks may use cookies to serve and measure advertisements based on previous visits to this or other websites. Advertising cookies may provide personalized or non-personalized ads according to your choices and applicable law.

6. Sharing and international transfers
Technical data may be processed by our hosting, security, Google Analytics and Google AdSense providers. These providers may process data in other countries under their own policies and applicable legal mechanisms. We do not share files processed locally in your browser.
7. Retention and security
Locally converted files are not retained by ZivelaConv. Technical logs and contact data are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations. Data handled by Google follows the settings and policies of the relevant services. We use HTTPS and reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely risk-free.
8. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, information about sharing, objection or withdrawal of consent. Contact zivelaconv@gmail.com. You may also complain to Brazil’s ANPD or your local data protection authority.
9. Children and changes
The service is not specifically directed to children. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal data. We may update this policy when our site, providers or legal requirements change and will show the new update date on this page.
